Developing foldable solar panels to facilitate their installation and deployment: A review
Abstract
Solar photovoltaic (PV) systems play an important role for electricity production using solar energy. Underdeveloped or developing countries are still striving for a continuous supply of electricity. When fossil fuels are used to generate electricity, it leads to an increase in pollutants and greenhouse gases. Solar energy technologies help to meet the growing need for energy in the world and at the same time help reduce pollution and save the world from the large pollution resulting from the production of electrical energy, solar energy contributes significantly in rural locations significantly, many government agencies have launched programs to promote the use of solar energy technology for power generation.
