This study aims to find the relationship between the application of administrative process engineering methods and innovative management. It shows the importance of the role of innovative engineering methods in managing the quality of projects within the Iraqi Ministry of Planning. A random, irregular sample was used on the employees of the Ministry of Planning. Using statistical tests, the analysis showed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between administrative processes and management quality in the projects of the Ministry of Planning. The distinguished role played by process engineering has a positive impact on the quality provided in the project. Among the recommendations presented by the study is the need to intensify programs and training courses on how to achieve optimal quality through administrative process engineering.
